Everyone's chasing upside in fantasy football, but most drafters are missing the easiest options,

0:05.0

the guys who are going to get 20 plus touches with passing game work and explosive upside.

0:09.2

So today we are diving into the four running backs who meet that criteria, and I would consider must-haves for 2025.

0:14.7

And let's start with the Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker because Kenneth Walker right now, believe it or not,

0:19.5

this dude is going in the fifth

0:21.0

round of fantasy drafts. And we're going to discuss how that's just crazy. And you're probably being

0:25.1

able to draft them right now at literally his floor. Like worst case scenario should be the fifth

0:28.7

round. Because for starters in his three years in the NFL, as you can see right here,

0:31.7

according to player profiler, these three years, he finishes the RB12 last year, best season, RB20 and RB16. And this is with a bunch of

0:38.0

different coaches and multiple different quarterbacks and different competition. He's still

0:41.6

finishing as a top 20 running back every single season. Last year was his best year. He showed

0:46.3

massive improvements in different areas. We'll get into all that. But despite this, he's being

0:50.0

drafted in the fifth round outside of like the top 20 Rbs. That is just crazy to me, and this is

0:54.4

what Kenneth Walker did last year. I specifically highlighted here on Rodeviz. These seven games

0:58.6

on the left-hand column are before his injury. During that time, he was averaging over 19

1:02.5

fantasy points per game, 31 receiving yards and 57 rushing yards per game. So the guy was putting

1:07.5

up nearly 90 total yards per game, but more importantly, that 19 fantasy

1:11.6

points per game was top five amongst running backs. Kenneth Walker before his injury last year was a

1:16.1

top five running back. And even when he came back from that injury, he was still putting up top 20

1:19.7

numbers for you. And every single time that he's come back from injury, these past few years,

1:23.3

he's always continued to regain the full backfield from Zach Charbonnet, the running back

1:27.5

behind him. He ranked top 12 in Snapshare last year. 72% of his backfield opportunities.
