Because last week we used our first ever beep to beep out where you were heading to.

And you've just got back from...

Just got back from Iraq, so being in Baghdad and Mosul and to Crete,

with an amazing Scottish British charity that clears minds,

the Halo Trust working on mine clearance.

Yep.

Anyway, quite a lot of this visit made me think about some of the parallels with parts

of what Ukraine is going through at the moment, particularly Mosul, which is horrifying.

I mean, that obviously was torn to pieces by ISIS and by bombs,

and looks a lot like the kinds of scenes we're seeing in Marriott Poll at the moment.

And so what do you think about?

Well, I can't claim to have been to Baghdad,

but I have been talking to the opposition in Belarus,

who feel that the West is not targeting Lukashenko as robustly as they should be.

So I think we can talk about Iraq, and then we'll talk about Belarus,

and maybe talk a little bit about the courage of opposition,
