Jeremy, it's springtime. The magpies are moving around the teenagers of the magpie

family. There might even be a second magpie family. Is Dallas pleased? Dallas is pleased,

and Dallas is certainly relaxed because this week, Dallas was his normal self. We came home in

the afternoon from work and it was beautiful and warm outside.

The sun was starting to set. So Dallas wanted to go outside. So we let him go outside and have a

little bit of a snooze in the sun, which he dutifully did and was enjoying the atmosphere.

And then, sure enough, I saw that the Macpie family pretty much, they landed all around him.

Macpies landing pretty much on every corner of where Dallas was sleeping out on the grass.

And I'd half expected Dallas to wake up. But no, I watched Dallas. He was still there peacefully

sleeping. I could actually sort of see that he was snoring or could actually hear that he was

snoring. The magpies then just started sort of rummaging around and playing around him. And then I noticed that let's open one eye, kind of watched him for a little bit, and went back to sleep, didn't even think to engage them, didn't, wasn't even worried the fact that these magpies were literally playing in the grass and in one case actually again playing with

one of his toys and i thought this would be interesting i'll see if he does anything when they go

for his biscuit bowl which invariably they do because they love his dog biscuits sure enough
