It's time for thinking big, thinking outside the box. And that's what we're going to do here

today in the proper playbook. What is going on, my friend? I dig it. Yeah. New Year's,

I don't set New Year's goals. I don't do any of that. I'm not a big New Year's guy. You know what I mean? Just live life. No goals.

I'm with you. I'm with you 100%. I think I think something about becoming a dad, right, has turned me into like, New Year's isn't, I'm never going to stay up. Like, it's been paying attention knows we have about what is now almost a four-week old baby girl here at home. So there's no prayer. I'm going to be up

at New Year's. But you know what we like doing? What do you do instead? Are you a goal? Do you do

goals at all? Like, are you a goal-based person? Or is it just? I was super into personal development doing all those goals and then I realized that goals are I I think goals get

in the way sometimes or like you set too low of a goal and then once you hit that then you kind of

have in this kind of free fall mode like I'm just right my goal for this year was be boring do the same

exact thing don't spaz out and go from left and right direction, just focus on one single thing.

I love it. Time and pressure make diamonds. But time, I think, is the most important piece.
