And we're back to talk about myeloma. Okay, it's called How I Treat Frontline Transplant Eligible Multiple Mialoma.

And I had a chance to read this.

A couple people send it to me.

The visual abstract caught my eye.

And there's a lot to talk about.

Okay. First, I want to say, you know, I really don't like

your field. I don't like myeloma. I don't like where it's going because you have so many

randomized trials. You have so many uncontrolled studies, but just fundamental questions are not

answered. So maybe we'll talk a little bit about some of the

things that this article is claiming that I think are much more ambiguous and really don't have

great data for. So let's start it off. The article makes the case that the de facto first option for

a transplant eligible newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patient under the age of 70,

they say quadruplet. And specifically, they say Dera VTD. Thoughts, quadruplet? That's a great question.
