So I used to smoke when I was a young man.

And at one time I smoked two packs a day.

It was really, really hard to quit smoking.

It took a few tries.

And I quit a really weird way.

When I had a strong desire to smoke, I would grab a cigar instead.

Stinking cigar.

And the first day I quit, I smoked five cigars.

Within a week, I would maybe have one cigar a day.

And then by two weeks, I almost never had a cigar.

And I kind of weaned myself off of cigarettes.

It worked for me.

Everybody's got to find what works for them.
