0:37.2	businesses and it's being referred to as stimulus bill 3.5.
0:44.1	Past the Senate will have a vote in the House hopefully tomorrow and then the president has
0:51.3	said he will sign it and what it will do is for the payroll protection program.
0:57.8	It will provide an additional 310 billion dollars.
1:02.5	60 billion of it is being set aside so 250 will go in the channels that the first 349 billion
1:12.2	went but of this new one 250 will go there 60 billion will go specifically to specialize
1:20.0	in the state of the state.
1:27.0	This is a reaction to an unbelievable series of corrupt acts by the nation's largest banks
1:34.4	where they manipulated the borrowing process for the payroll protection program and specifically
1:42.6	made sure that virtually all the money went to varying large corporations and publicly
1:50.6	traded ones in many cases and not to the small main street kind of businesses that the payroll
1:58.1	protection program was designed for.
2:01.4	So the banks exploited the system, cheated the purpose of it and gave the money not to the
2:10.4	intended recipients forcing the money to run out almost immediately and I've got new
2:17.8	stats for you on that that are absolutely horrific.
2:22.1	The nation's largest bank chase has apparently a set up where their largest customers are
