| 1:11.4 | Nichols had ruled that prosecutors trying the capital rioters could not charge those |
| 1:20.2 | individuals with obstructing and official congressional proceeding. |

| 1:30.8 | And for some reason, Judge Nichols said, nope, even though they very obviously obstructed |
| 1:37.3 | and postponed that hearing through their actions, you can't charge them with that. |
| 1:44.5 | So then late last week, a three judge panel voted two to one that, yeah, yeah, you can |
| 1:51.7 | charge these individuals with obstructing and official congressional proceeding. |
| 1:58.5 | Now what's important about that, according to former assistant Manhattan district attorney |
| 2:03.7 | Andrew Weissman, is that now that this three judge panel has given permission for prosecutors |
| 2:12.2 | to use that obstruction charge, Weissman says that Jack Smith could now with that permission, |
