| 1:02.2 | about actually solving the issues that face Americans or citizens in Tennessee more specifically |
| 1:10.0 | and of course that applies to gun violence in such a disastrous way and it's backfired |
| 1:19.0 | beyond that as well because now one of the individuals that expelled Justin Jones has |
| 1:25.0 | been reinstated to his position as a Tennessee state representative and the way that this |
| 1:33.4 | works and then we'll dive into some videos from this and some reporting on it. |
| 1:37.3 | The Nashville Metropolitan Council is the entity, the legislative body that is responsible |
| 1:47.8 | whenever a situation like this takes place a state representative is expelled the Nashville |
| 1:53.9 | Metropolitan Council for representatives that represent that area is responsible for choosing |
| 1:59.9 | who's going to be the interim representative. |
| 2:02.6 | So here they're choosing Justin Jones to be the interim for the seat he got expelled |
| 2:09.6 | from and then he will hold that until election and if he chooses to run for it I'm sure |
| 2:15.6 | he'll be able to actually get back in through that as well. |
| 2:19.7 | So a complete failure in so many different ways on the part of the Republican Party and |
