podcast. I am really excited if you listen to today's interview. It's a little bit

different than our other interviews because I'm interviewing the CEO of the

Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest health coaching

training company. Linda Cloud has some wonderful insights. It's really interesting looking at the life of someone

who is so accomplished and so busy working in New York City

as a CEO of a major multi-million dollar company and here she is focusing on how to create

balance and health in her life in a company whose corporate culture puts the health of the employees first above all else,

the emotional, mental, and physical health of the employees above all else isn't that interesting.

Wouldn't you like to work for a company that treated your health as the most important thing?

And of course, a very close second second the customer and the customer support

and customer satisfaction but what an interesting concept normally it's all

about cutting corners and and trying to figure out how to save money and pinch a penny here and

there with I, I, I N. They have bowls of avocados. For their staff, they have a chiropractor come in weekly and a massage therapist come in,

they have yoga classes in meditation room, they set out to make sure that the staff really are making sure that their life is balanced, that they have

joy in every air of their life and fulfillment, and what does I, I, I get in return for investing in their staff?

They get amazing productivity, creativity, and it trickles down to us, the consumer, the customer, me as a graduate while I was going through the program, I felt so supported and the staff are so wonderful to work with.
