Welcome back to the podcast. It is time for part two of the Ascension Challenge recap.

If you didn't already listen to the last podcast episode,

episode 397, make sure you go back and listen to that first. I did part one of my recap of

the Ascension Challenge and it got pretty long. So I decided to break this up into two parts.

There was so much information that was covered in the Ascension Challenge.

So I'm really just scratching the surface.

But these concepts are really important and so expansive that I really wanted to cover them more because the challenge was amazing, honestly.
