To the outside world, Burt Templet seemed a devoted husband and father — as well as a successful businessman and generous provider for his family. So when his 17 year old son Anthony shot him in the head, in their Baton Rouge, Louisiana home, the community was shocked.  Many assumed that this was a murder in cold blood by a ruthless entitled teenager who lacked all emotion.
