"Projectors have no energy." "Generators are supposed to build someone else's dreams. "Manifesters are aggressive." "Reflectors don't know who they are." We constantly hear these narratives about the Human Design energy types which are simply NOT true. In this episode I wanted to bust the most common misconceptions I hear with Human Design experts Dana and Shayna of Dayluna so we can find the fluidity, opportunity and bliss in each HD type.
We look at each energy type at a higher level of consciousness that goes beyond stereotypical narratives. | 1:12.0 | because we know that's how it can get out to the most people. So we take a concept such as astrology and say, |
| 1:19.0 | if you're a Libra, you are this animal and you are this this and you must say that. |
| 1:24.0 | And here's what your November is going to look like. |
| 1:27.0 | And we have all of these huge generalizations. And I use astrology as a great example |
| 1:32.0 | because that's one that we've really, really seen massive generalizations for |
| 1:37.0 | that we've almost created this narrative. Like if you're a Scorpio, you must be a Goth. |
| 1:42.0 | If you're a Capricorn, you must be Miranda from Sex and the City. If you're a Pisces, you must be crying right now. |
| 1:47.0 | And I'm sure some of you guys listening are one of those signs. I am a Capricorn. |
| 1:51.0 | And I am not Miranda from Sex and the City. Okay, I'm pretty fucking fine. |
| 1:55.0 | So I'm sharing this with you because there's something that could have had an ounce of truth in it. |
