Summary

January 13, 1996 - A 9 year old girl is abducted while riding her bike with her brother in Arlington, Texas. Although a credible witness notifies police of the abduction immediately, they are unable to find her or her captor. 4 days later, her body is discovered in a nearby creek and her throat slashed. to this day, over 23 years later her case remains unsolved.
