documentaries. Right. And when it comes to documentaries, you don't want to spend too much time

dwelling on the bad ones. No, it seems not only pointless, literally pointless, when there's

so many good documentaries out there. I mean, we've really been blessed.

Yeah.

There's been a flood of worthwhile, provocative, interesting, compelling documentaries in recent years.

I guess some of that has to do with the new channels of distribution.

Absolutely.

Especially when it comes to streaming services.

Exactly.

People are hungry for documentaries.

Mm-hmm.

And the fact that it now is feasible to make a documentary on a modest budget, I mean, you can and people have made them on their iPhones, for goodness sake.

I mean, and you can edit on your Final Cut Pro at home, you know, on your laptop.

Now, that doesn't mean that they're necessarily good.

It just means that it's a simpler means of the production of a documentary is simple in terms of filmmaking.
