So in the Mandukya Upanishad, Manduqya Karika, we are doing the third chapter, the Adwaita Prakarana, the chapter on non-duality.

Here, the subject is Gaudapada, Gaudhāāāāāāāāāācari, the author of the carikas.

Remember, this text is a three-layered text. At the core is the Upanishad itself, which belongs to the author of Aveda. Gordapada is not the author or anything like that. And then around that, it is Gaurapada, about 1,500 years ago, composed these verses called Karika in four chapters.

The first chapter includes the Upanishad itself.

And around it, Gowdhada wrote four chapters of these verses.
