We are so happy to be with you today.

Yeah, we're looking out on the Boulder weather right now.

It is stunning, it is sunny, it is beautiful,

it is gonna be warm today, it's gonna be tanning weather.

It's like 60 degrees, I feel like spring is just in the air

and there's like some open optimism ahead,

except we are supposed to get a big snow storm coming ahead,

which is funny because last week I was in class

and we have to go back to California at some point,

I have a bunch of meetings and so it's just been a matter

of when we were going to schedule this trip.

And for some reason I had the snow mass weather

so I keep it on my computer, but I was in class

and so I didn't know it's snow mass weather

and they're supposed to get snow for the next seven days.

So I said that's David and I'm like,

we have to go to California.

Like it's gonna snow in Boulder for the next seven days.

So I'm immediately like, of course, I mean 32

and snowy every single day.

Like we need to go to California, let's go right now
