1:46.6	many times how my mission as a real estate investor is to provide housing that is clean, safe,
1:52.7	affordable, and functional. Well, as soon as I start to do beautiful as well, with a lot of my
2:00.2	C-class apartments, I start to lose when I do beautiful because I'm not
2:05.3	in the luxury or the resort space. That's not my core business. I know that about myself.
2:11.2	Hey, I'm sure there are plenty of property owners out there that provide substandard housing where
2:17.4	their tenants' windows won't open
2:20.0	or their hot water doesn't work, yet they collect the rent anyway because the tenant has nowhere
2:25.1	else to go. But see, if I did that, I wouldn't get a sense of purpose, satisfaction, or meaning
