it's at that point I realized like I can't just be doing this because it's fine I need to do this

to support my family and to be there with my family and watch them grow up and feel confident

that they're not going to get beat up just by walking down the street and that's when I really

did make that second call to Sterling's team and said, like, you know, whatever it takes.

Yeah, so quick, I want to just quick back story on Nico and how I've got introduced to you. So, man, this has been a few years ago, if I recall, you know, you and I chatted about possibly

working together inside of IFCA. At that time, I do recall it was like, man, your business is a little bit ahead of where we're at, what we teach. And I remember,

like, you know, it's kind of being honest within that and being like, I don't know if we can

really help you. And this has been a few years ago, like how we were set up. And since then,

I just like watched you. And I would like, dude, I would learn a lot from you in terms of how

your funnels were set up, your positioning, your messaging, you're hell of a marketer and a great coach. So I'm excited to pick your brain on this episode, and I know you guys are going to get

a ton of value from this. So maybe we'll just start in here, man. I want to know kind of what led

you to the fitness industry. You know, I know you've got an interesting backstory. For context,

guys, share with the audience, like your pet set set up you've got like a little zoo at your

house i think that's very fascinating yeah we've chilled out a little bit with the zoo in the house

but well that's not true we just picked up another puppy like this week we got two dogs now we've

got two cats and the property itself like Like there's wildlife all over the property.

So there was a deer down here not that long ago.

It was a beaver over here, a gopher.

So it's just a lot of random animals coming through my property.
