I live on a small farm next to Glacier National Park.

It's nothing expansive.

Just a little old place my grandparents built that my family continues to live on.

We raise chickens here, some pigs too, and we used to have cows.

That brings me to my strange story.

There's a reason we don't have cows anymore.

We had three cows named Jess, Sheila, and Marney.

We had planned to use them for milk, but they ended up mostly being big ol' pets that kept

the grass short and clear of weeds.
