I'm still a little at a breath, so quick little background on today and relating to today's

show.

I just got back from Connecticut about an hour ago and minutes ago, literally, it just

got done doing 45 minutes of my zone 2 cardio, which I'm definitely getting in better shape

because I notice I have to work a lot harder to get my heart rate up to even just 120.

I keep my heart rate between 120 and 135 for the zone 2 for my age and my goals right
