Memphis then we flew the Salt Lake down the Memphis back to St. Louis St. Louis to Utah back to St. Louis St. Louis to Chicago back

to St. Louis and you got all your workouts I got fucking everything and stayed on 75 huh stayed on man it's been fun listen it was

fucking tough man I was I was crying fucking Saturday will technically Sunday morning like two o'clock in the morning

having to do a fucking circles around a motel six yeah to get my outdoor cardio and one of the hotel six yes I had to

stay in a motel six it's fine it was actually nice stuff when what terrible the little security guard he's like he's like are you okay

because like bro I'm moving you know I'm like trying to get the shit done but 45 minutes to 45 minutes you okay I'm like yeah get my

outdoor workout in he's like all right like he can't even like nervous a little bit I'm like no it's fine you know I'm gonna rob you

fucking exhausted yeah like my body is exhausted but like I mean it's day 28 so I mean it's like it's about that time yeah right so I mean

uh Keaton's driveway never again bro never look and we roll up to his house so we went up to Utah to do a speaking event

with Rob Bailey and Keaton the muscle you guys know who you guys know who Keaton is from diesel brothers okay and we were

up there you know contributing to their event which to me those events are meaningful because you get a chance to

really pour into some people who are willing to take the step you know to move forward and I wanted to contribute to that they wanted

me to contribute to that so we made a trip up there it was a good time great event had a fucking blast had a really good time hanging

out with the boys because I don't get to do that very often but I could tell you this that driveway that

motherfucker has that's a different level of steep yeah and like long bro and like the first thing I said and by the

way Keaton looks awesome dude he's been training hard and looks fucking great but I'm like bro if you just did your
