Welcome into the lounge presented by Draft Kings. The Ravens are coming off a 23 to 10 win over the Tennessee Titans in their preseason opener at M&T Bank Stadium.

Garrett and I are going to give our takeaways from that game and what it means moving forward.

So, you know, just a good win. I think for me to start off here, Garrett, you know, one of the overarching the umbrella

storylines of this game was, well, the Ravens changed their training camp kind of structure,

you know, it was more execution over exhaustion, right?

Less physicality, more of an ease-in process.

And I think that there was there is a little

you know there are questions as to how that would affect this team early on right and

including in the preseason what do they look a little bit different not quite as sharpened up

as in previous years and you know john harball uh Harbaugh, ever the optimist, right?

He's like the master at kind of when something a challenge presents itself

where there's a change made, he looks at, well, what are the positives that we're going

to get out of this change, right?

And sure, you know, as a coach, dialing back the physicality in training camp is always

kind of like a, you know, I like, you know, he comes from those old two days, you know,

I don't know about this, but the way John Harbaugh looked at it. And of course, all the research

into the injuries and all that played a huge role.

But he looked at it as an opportunity, you know, on the flip side of, well, let's stress execution, right? Let's let's kind of make sure that we're doing everything at a high level,

even though we're kind of slowing down. And I think that that kind of showed in this preseason

win, you know, when 32 Ravens were on the

sideline not playing this game. You had the backups and the backups and the backups and the backups

the backups, the backups playing out there and still look pretty sharp. Yeah, I definitely think
