0:22.1	And this is a two-part episode full of lots of advice on ways in which you can change your study habits
0:30.0	in order to make more progress later on in your learning.
0:35.0	The principle is that when you learn from elementary to
0:40.0	intermediate, it's much easier to get a sense of the progress you're making. It's usually a more
0:46.4	challenging experience and the learning curve is steeper, but then when you hit the intermediate
0:51.9	level, everything seems to be a little bit easier and
0:55.2	it's possible to stay in your comfort zone because your English is basically good enough to get by and it requires new study habits and new methods to push
1:08.9	your English beyond into the advanced level.
1:15.2	Okay, now a lot of the things I'm saying here
1:20.8	will still work at any level. For example, if you're at an advanced level and
1:25.7	you're wondering how to push it into proficiency then you can use a lot of the advice that I'm giving in this episode to do that too. Okay so don't forget to visit the page for the episode where you will find a lot of the things I'm saying written down.
