As you might guess from that we're going to be talking a lot about mushrooms and fungi.

We've covered this a number of times, but these topics,

the uses for these types of things, health for all kinds of other things it's

almost like sky's the limit and I also kind of feel like we've reached a point

where we're learning more than we used to know. And before we jump in, there's,

there is a movie, it's like a documentary on Fungus, and I can't remember the name I'm sure someone will as we get into this

my mother who has Alzheimer's at the time it was much worse she was not present whenever we on that show, she tuned in and she watched it to the end and then wanted us to start it over. No other show could she comprehend it. It was bizarre to say the least, but it was completely about mushrooms. It was almost like the spirit of the idea somehow reached her and she was tuned in.
