your personal journey to wellness specifically, Ayurveda and sound and what you've personally

seen and also in your practice. Okay, so I'm going to try to emphasize the briefly there because

other ones would use my entire time. You know, my journey, just like most people's journey begins

before you realize it began. So it started very early on in life, both with Ayurveda and with

sound therapy, although I didn't know I was doing no form of sound therapy at the time.

In our house, we reached kind of for the kitchen as our medicine tool chest first before going

to the position. So Ayurveda was just always in the backdrop of our life. I always looked at food
