Summary
Stress triggers responses in our personalities that aren't always nice. Noone likes themselves when they snap from stress - either through anger, sadness or bickering with their loved ones. In a time of crisis, chaos, isolation, and lockdowns, it will be helpful to know how to stay nice when stressed - not just for others, but so that you don't beat yourself up over how you react to stressful things. This episode will give you some tools to extend yourself more grace and on how to give yourself new emotional space to process the overwhelm of emotions that are experienced in crisis.
