when the daily stress and pressures skyrocketed for so many people, especially women with ADHD.

Basically it's when you're so overwhelmed during the day with the work, parenting, household

and other responsibilities that there's no time for you. Essentially you exact revenge on all

of life's stresses and obligations by turning bedtime into me time instead of sleep time.

Of course this habit comes with consequences most notably sleep deprivation, which worsens ADHD

symptoms and undercuts executive functions. So in this webinar we will explore the phenomenon

of revenge bedtime procrastination and how to replace poor sleep and stress with healthier habits.
