Can you just talk about the housing crisis and the big picture of that internationally?

Like some of the numbers,

I think those have been pretty shocking as I've read in some background on your organization.

I mean, the global housing crisis is, I mean, just objectively,

one of the largest and most expensive problems in the world.

When you do math, your audience knows real estate is not cheap.

It's an expensive asset.
