So let's get started with the first one.

A lesson that I've learned in 2024 is to take action.

And that kind of dates back to 2023.

I told myself, all right, you've got to do something if you want to make some progress in

investing.

And so I sent out a mailer and I talked to a few people.

It was great. Got a little bit of a response, didn't end up

getting to a point of acquiring a property. But then I continued to say, okay, you know,

got to keep taking action, got to keep, whether it's running numbers or talking to sellers

or following up on leads, getting in touch with people who may have leads. I continued to take

action in 2024. And that did lead me to a great place this year.
