What got you started and interested in this?

And what does the day and the life look like for you? Yeah. Of your eating and how you eat and how you

stay so thin. Sure. So, you know, I come from a background of being a professional ballet dancer.

And I trained throughout my adolescence. I went to boarding school for it, my undergraduate degrees

and ballet performance. And for me, it was just a constant fight of maintaining that aesthetic

demand. My body was never where I needed to be. And if it was, very rarely, I was always

injured and sick. And so to try to maintain very rarely, I was always injured and sick.

And so to try to maintain that weight, I restricted calories severely for quite some time.

I counted fat grams was fearful of eating any kind of fat or red meat.

And I was still told I was fat countless times.
