0:59.8	going to have here today. Now, a little bit about Brian. He's the co-founder and managing director at
1:05.4	Praxis Capital and CEO of Praxis Residential, a leading real estate private equity investment firm.
1:11.8	Praxis currently manages the portfolio of active funds for the acquisition of single-family
1:16.1	and multifamily residential assets nationwide. And today, their portfolio consists of over
1:21.6	2,000 multifamily units where they combined value well in excess of $200 million, but yet their sites at Praxis
1:29.1	are set on 20,000 units in the future here. And so we're going to dig into that a little bit
1:33.7	deeper today, that big lofty goal that they have there. So with that, Brian, he's married. He lives
1:39.1	in Northern California. He's lived there for over 30 years. In addition to that, he's an avid aviation enthusiast and
1:45.1	licensed instrument-rated airplane and helicopter pilot. So, guys, I'm very excited to get onto the show
