So let's talk a little bit about what your eating window is currently and kind of how you incorporate your, you know, what got you going on doing the hundred, losing so far the 120 pounds.

So really it all started it about four years ago. I had a pretty

major health scare. Ended up in the hospital for about a month, three weeks of which I was in

an end of life room. And after my ordeal, I was told, look, you really need to lose weight if you want to

keep living. And so I, you know, for four years, I tried everything I could think of. I tried

traditional, you know, calorie restriction. I tried, I mean, you name it, I tried it, you know,
