Welcome back to this interview with Elden Kirschner, I want to thank Elden for all he

shared with us so far. Certainly has been a very moving and for me an important story

to share a perspective about grief and of loss and of faith and of loss of a certain type of faith.

And we thought it would be really interesting to end this interview bringing on some

members of Elden's family because while we probably didn't cover it as much as would have

been appropriate in the first few hours of this interview, Elden's family, number one,

played a really important role in supporting him both before, during and after,

Heather's passing. But also I think one of the important things to understand about grief is that

it doesn't just end with the tragic event. It lives on and it affects other people. It sometimes

can even have a ripple effect. So we believe this is a story of hope but that doesn't mean that

it's always happy and shiny and rosy. The impact of Heather's death has been changeable,

not just to Elden but to his extended family or his immediate family extended family.

And so we've brought on four members of Elden's family. We have Kerry, Elden's sister,

we have Jason, Kerry's husband, we have Tyson, Elden's brother, and we have Jen,

which is Tyson's wife. Do you mind being introduced as Tyson's wife? Is that okay?

And Jason is Kerry's husband? Is that all right? Are you going to get to blow that?

Yeah, we're going to go with wife.

All right. The car shooters have great senses of humor. So this will be fun.

This will not be a little bit everything in this final segment. But I thought it would

first make sense, everyone knows Elden's story and we're listening to the past interview
