celebration episodes with me an editor-in-chief CB Seabolsky this episode we're

going to run down about half of the year's comics

and talk a bunch about CB's first year as

The Big Dog.

but with that being the case,

we don't have any real big news record scratch. Biggest

news of the week is here and it really isn't news so maybe the record scratch

is sort of like a gentle record scratch. It's about a big release because the

final chapter of Marvel's Spider-Man, the city that never

sleeps is out this week. It's Marvel's Spider-Man silver lining. The final DLC chapter

for the game features three new suits and into the spiderverse suit

cyborg spidey and the Aaron Aikman spider armor. My favorite, maybe of the whole

game is this cyborg spidey suit. It's such a deep cut. It is from an early 90s

Adjectiveless Spider-Man comic that is actually issue number 21. You can see him wearing it on the cover, part of the Revenge of the Sinister Six

arc, which I loved. I re-read that story arc over and over and over as a kid in this big,

bombastic Eric Larson art. It was so fun, so cool. I'm just give you a little bonus
