Summary

Today's episode should be called 'Return of the Petts', because seasoned detective Chloe Petts decided to pop into DWSC HQ once more to help us solve a crime or two.

Luckily for us, our guest had another criminal act to report, and it's not that we once again made Chloe record with us during a heatwave.

The team then talks about the role tap dancing can play in crime, and how to shut a circus.

Finally, our listener crime proves that toddlers are really just drunk adults in disguise, plus we find out what Hannah overheard at soft play...

You can pick specific targets, so I went with a protein-focused daily plan, and this is all to help me achieve my goal of being a jacked middle-aged lady. How are you getting on,

I made some homemade granola this week. I was inspired and it was fun to put all the ingredients

into the app and break down the nutrients. Two words, Hannah, flaxseed goodness. I don't think I've ever eaten a flaxseed, but I'm going to know,

broadening horizons as we record. So why not join us on the Nutracheck journey? For less than the

cost of a takeaway coffee per week, you could join an active and supportive online community and keep track of your nutrition. Search for Nutra Check in your phone's app store.
