and from our panel on the Magicians back in episode 199. She's the author of many novels

including the circuit series and the Edge series and she's also written scripts for

TV shows like the Outer Limits and Sequest DSV. Her Star Trek The Next Generation Star Trek The Measure of a Man has been voted as one of the 10 best Star Trek

scripts of all time.

Together with George R. Martin, she edits the Wild Card series of shared world superhero anthologies and she's currently serving as

executive producer on the upcoming wild cards TV show and we'll be speaking with

her today about her novel The High Ground the first book on her imperial series

of space adventure novels.
