There's still potential, I'm sure, for him to get locked up if he doesn't cooperate.

He'll cooperate with his son in the line.

Also if he gets pardoned by Trump which I doubt he will

there's obviously, I'm sure I'll get into it, potential for more charges down the line.

Yeah, I mean I don't see a pardon happening just because how is that going to help here?

It just looks terrible.

Well, also he then loses his fifth amendment rightness to testify.

So what's the point with his son?
