Tyler. Thank you for having me. So let's just get right into it. Like what's your

philosophy on food and do you have a story like were you unhealthy and you like went through this health

Revelation or were you always a healthy person? Yeah, great question So I know for a lot of people, when they first, you know, when they have a health and wellness profile, I feel like, or there's usually some type of story as to how they got into this.

Usually it's because they had some type of illness growing up,

and so it really inspired them to maybe take matters

into their own hands and lead this healthy lifestyle.

For me though, growing up up I always thought I had a

healthy lifestyle and I was actually an athlete so I swam for 15 years and ended up going

on and competing in college at a D1 level and even

so I am a post-grad as well. So being an athlete actually you know I was

started to look in my collegiate career how I could improve my performance in the most natural ways possible.

So I really started looking at nutrition in my diets and how I could use my nutrition and

what I was fueling my body with on a daily basis to improve my performance as well
