On today's episode, I'm sharing how I'm using principles in spirituality, Fung Shui, and minimalism to create a home for my family and myself that helps everyone feel regulated, connected, and healthy. During this episode, I break down how the lessons I'm learning from my own shadow work are manifesting in my home - especially when it comes to infusing intention into organization, color, scent, and ease of maintenance.   

Our focus is on the nervous system and how to make regulating in the home easy and seamless.
