0:46.9	We're back talking about the Berkshire meeting because that is the mecca, the church of value

0:54.7	And that's what we do when investing is don't lose money kind of investing, which means
1:01.3	you basically put that first.
1:03.6	That is your first thing to look at in any investment that you do, anything you're going to put
1:08.3	your money into is to look at that and say, okay, how can this thing burn me?
1:14.1	How can this result in me losing money?
1:17.8	And then looking at a house in the neighborhood you live in, assuming you live in a good place,
1:24.2	you like the town you live in, you look at that and just go, okay, how am I paying a reasonable
1:29.7	price here for this thing?
1:30.7	And I'm paying an attractive price because if I pay too much, I could not make enough money
1:34.3	on this to make it worth doing the investment over time.
