My computer is locked and my phone's in my pocket at all times. You're definitely always alert. The stakes are always high in the draft.

Because it's such an important part of our organization. We are willing to move back. We've shown that we're willing to move up.

One thing we are always ready to do is pick. We don't really target specific players. We really

don't. We rank 170 guys and we go off the list. It could be six, eight, nine, and

11 are on the list. Right. When we pick at 14, we're taking six. We really want to get guys

that can come in and impact this team sooner rather than later. That's the goal when we pick them.

We see a vision for them.

Every guy we take, we expect to contribute this year.
