Joe Biden has said that he will not be the Democratic nominee for the year

2024 in the race against Donald Trump.

I am here today to tell you that Joe Biden is an honorable man.

He has given this country his entire life. He has

served with respect and honor in the White House. He has given us an example, a counter example

to Donald Trump for the last three and a half years that we should treasure. He should be honored for this decision and he should be praised because he understood the stakes.

At the end of this, he decided he understood the stakes were too high to let personal ambition stand in the way of victory against Donald Trump.

That, my friends, is a patriot. That, my friends, is a patriot. That my friends is

love of country. Joe Biden is 81 years old. He has borne a heavy burden. It is showing.

He made the right decision for himself, for his family, and I think for the country.

Now, I want to say something about the campaign ahead.
