You know, our food system, it is so substantially been downgraded,

whereas now we have all of these chemicals in our food and a lot of processed

food and the majority of the you know American diet also known as the sad diet or the standard American diet is not health promoting and so when we have all of these inflammatory oils and substances and processed foods,

our brain is only about two to three pounds, but it uses 20 to 30% of our energy every day.

So it's a really, really energy consumptive organ.

So if you're thinking about what you're putting
