The quality of our moments become the quality of our lives, and that is the quote of the day.

Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host, Sean Croxton, a

0:35.6

Sean Croxton.com. We've got Dan Millman back on the show. And today, Dan is

0:40.1

talking about something that I have to remind myself of all the time. And it is

0:45.2

to be present, to slow down, to relax, to get my mind out of the past and to

0:52.1

stop worrying about the future and just to be here right now. And it's some

1:44.1

tentative as life has taught you. Things change. So how do we become more

1:51.8

mindful? How do we turn our attention to the present moment? Why would we

1:57.2

want to do that? Well, for one thing, if you'd like to have a quiet or mind in a

2:01.4

simpler life, it helps tremendously because you can't think about anything in the

2:08.2

present moment. Whenever you think about anything, Ruminade, consider, you're

2:13.1

thinking about the past or future guaranteed, whether it's a few seconds ago or
