the L.A. Studio with my good friend Chris Lee. Now I met Chris about four or

five months ago as I went through a leadership workshop on emotional

intelligence and he was one of the coaches and the trainers there and I had

some amazing experiences with Chris. He really allowed me to open up to realize

what was holding me back from getting what I want in my life but also what

was holding my my heart back and I had felt some anxiety, some stress, some anger

resentment from time to time growing up and in college and even in business for

the last five years I felt these feelings and I didn't know how to fully let

them all go and it wasn't until I met Chris and he put me through some

exercises that really allowed me to become vulnerable to become open to

become loving and he taught me how to forgive others and most importantly

forgive myself. Now I don't know how many of you are really good at

beating yourselves up if you feel like you've failed something or if you feel

like you hurt someone or lie or whatever may be I know that I was the king of

beating myself up and I'm sure that a lot of us are our own biggest critics.
