provides high school students with the opportunity to learn and apply best practice strategies

for saving and investing all while offering academic support life skills and

exposure to college access programs to prepare these students for life after high school. to to donate and learn more. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.

What was the pivotal moment that sparked you to start this podcast?

So a little bit later later through some conversations with family

members and cousins I noticed that they needed the information that I had a whole

lot more than I needed to be affirmed by this white world a whole lot more than I

needed to help the white world know me and that's where I switched I was like okay how can I

reach my cousins and I use my cousins as a proxy for black folks in general, right, who didn't have either education or the access or opportunity that I had.

How could I create something that would allow me to implant or inspire them with information on all these topics that

matter, whether it was investment or real estate or medicine or just managing your time or mental

illness and all the things that we've talked about here,

that's how Wild Black was born. I wanted to create something to inject that into the society that looked like me.
