Yes, self confidence is a skill.

It can be learned.

But we have to understand that learning, you know, what what is Lisa Nicholson,

say, repetition is the mother, father, sister, brother, great-grandchild of learning.

You have to repeat things over and over and over again in order to learn.

When somebody asks me how do I develop a particular skill, I say repetition.

I do that thing over and over and over again.

How do you get ready for an interview?

I read the book over and over and over again until the content and the information

or the doing becomes automatic.

It becomes natural.

And that's how you develop any skill including self confidence.

In my past life as a soccer coach, once you win a national championship,

everybody wants to come play for you.

Really not true.

Once you pay them $25,000 a year in scholarships, everybody wants to come play for you.
