Summary

DeBerry represented the 90th House District of Tennessee for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University and the University of Memphis and currently preaches at the Coleman Avenue Church of Christ in Memphis in addition to churches and organizations across the country. He has led boldly with his faith his entire life, and now serves as a senior advisor to Tennessee's Governor Bill Lee.

| 1:16.2 | say, biblical worldview, my understanding of marriage as an institution from God and family values. |
| 1:24.6 | They understood all of these things and they elected me 13 times. |
| 1:29.2 | And each time I won anywhere between 65 and 72%. |
| 1:37.0 | And so if you can't beat them, remove them. |
| 1:40.0 | Some folks compete by eliminating the competition and that's what they did. |
| 1:45.0 | But then the Lord opened the door and Governor Bill Lee reached out and you're now his senior advisor. |
| 1:50.0 | Governor Lee is a man of faith. |
| 1:52.0 | I admire him so much for what he stands for and what he has brought to that office. |
