If you keep quitting, you have to keep starting over.

So what I always say is never start over again.

Why do some people stay consistent and others keep starting over?

Is it motivation?

We know motivation is bullshit.

So it's discipline, it's actions.

It's everything in your environment. If you're surrounding yourself with excuses,

whatever it is. If you're surrounding yourself with garbage, you're going to get garbage. You're going to

lower yourself to that level rather than raise your standards and raise yourself to a higher level.

So if you're surrounded by higher standards, you're going to rise to them.

If you lower yourself or you surround yourself with poor standards, with excuses,

you are going to sink to that level.

This is why this Waltham thrives, and this is why a lot of other people fall off. When you join the Swolefam,

when you surround yourself with a powerful community, you lock in. Discipline is more readily

available, consistency more readily available. You're holding yourself accountable, not just to yourself,

but to your community, to your swall fam.
